Zambia - Singapore Cooperative Approach
Zambia and Singapore signed a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate in global efforts to reduce emissions and support economic transformation through promoting low carbon development and green growth under the auspices of Article of the Paris Agreement. The parties are currently in negotiation for a Bilateral Agreement.
